When you submit our quotation form or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone/WhatsApp number and email address
- Your location or property address and property type
- Details and photos of the work you need, and your preferred dates
Our website and hosting provider may also record basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to prevent spam.
3.How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations
- To arrange site visits and carry out the work you request
- To contact you about your enquiry or ongoing job
- To protect our website against misuse and spam
4.How your information is stored
Enquiries submitted through the website are stored securely in a Google Sheets document that only our team can access. WhatsApp conversations are handled through WhatsApp's own service and are subject to its terms and privacy policy.
5.Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it where necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example, with building management to obtain renovation approval at your request), or where required by law.
6.How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, by calling or messaging us at 016-600 6647.
